Jim Button is an adventurous boy who lives on the small island of Lummerland. One day he discovers that he is actually from somewhere else. He decides to leave the island and venture out into the wide world in search of adventure. Together with his good friend Lucas the engineer and steam locomotive Emma they end up in the great empire of Mandala. Trapped in the dangerous Dragon City, young princess Li Si wants nothing more than to free the beautiful princess.
