Håkan Bråkan 2 plot

Hakan desperately wants a pet, but his parents think he is far too irresponsible for that. To prove them wrong, Hakan goes to camp with the Scouts so he can earn badges. But then it turns out there is a gang of thieves staying at the Scout camp. Hakan is certain they are up to no good. What to do now? Should he behave and perhaps get a pet, or go after the thieves at full speed?
