"You'll Like Mike Better -'n- Anything!"
Michael (Danny Bravo) is a twelve-year-old orphan. His best friends are young Father Phelan (Richard Basehart) and Father Walsh (Arthur Shields). These kind-hearted fathers would like to establish a new sanctuary, but they cannot afford it themselves. Indian Michael offers help by training a horse to win the big local race. The prize money is enough to fulfill the wishes of the fathers.
