Dolphin Blue: Fuji, Mou Ichido Sora E plot

Kazuya Uemura (Ken'ichi Matsuyama) chooses to leave Tokyo and his girlfriend to become a dolphin trainer on Okinawa. There he cares about the fate of Fuji, a dolphin who suffers from a disease that causes its tail fin to die. Surgery and the fitting of an artificial fin is Fuji's last hope, but will the dolphin be able to cope with it later?
