Buffalo Dreams plot

Young Thomas, a descendant of the Navajo Indians, has great difficulty with the arrival of newcomers. An exception to this is Josh Townsend, whom he befriends. Thomas, however, feels betrayed when Josh also has friends among some swagger. Thomas's wise old grandfather, John Blackhorse, points out to his grandson the pitfalls of friendship, the importance of traditions and the fragile balance in nature.
