A Shepherd of Pure Heart plot

Evenside Church is an emerging and venerable institution that has served African-American families in Maryland for 200 years. Karl Upton is proud to be the Assistant Pastor. Karl takes gospel and his calling very seriously, so when God tells him to lend a helping hand to at-risk youth, he can't say no. However, the world of the poor is not as simple as he thought.
