Zone Franche plot

An African family settles in the region of Les Coteaux in the suburbs of Mulhouse. Their neighbors are retired and cannot tolerate the presence of another civilization. When the neighbor witnesses a theft involving a foreign boy, he immediately goes to the police. The African family denies the facts and turns out to be protecting an Arab family.
