Zelyonyy Furgon plot

1920. Three years after the Russian Civil War, the communist government is finally formed in Odessa. Young Alyosha Patrikeyv dreams of being a detective like Sherlock Holmes. He enlists in the new crime-fighting police force in Odessa. He is deployed to fight the illegal production of liquor in the small village of Severinovka. While chasing the horse thief Krasavchik, he finds himself facing Cherven, the most dangerous criminal on the loose in Odessa.
