"Stories about the distances between us and how we live with them"
Omnibus film of three different stories, played by the same actor. 1) While on a business trip, manager Chen's life is turned upside down when he becomes intrigued by an elderly man. Chen delves into the man's private life and his findings are more difficult than expected. 2) A young father receives a disturbing letter that leads him abroad, where he is confronted with painful memories and hidden emotions. 3) Chinese professor Chen is invited to give some lectures at a Thai university. Here he stirs a student's heart, but struggles with his own feelings when he meets his old teacher.
