Otto, the owner of the renowned Valentino hair salon in central Prague, returns from captivity under the Nazis. The salon, where he employed a large part of his family, was his passion and his life, but the occupation has changed everything and everyone. Otto's struggle for freedom and his ensuing imprisonment have deeply marked his character and it is difficult for him and his friends to return home.
