Yeni Dünya plot

Soner and his family decide to leave their village and move to Istanbul. They have to, for the education of Soner, who has Down syndrome. Their only hope of surviving in this harsh city is the benefits Soner is entitled to. They are hopeful, but then it turns out that in Fikirtepe, the neighborhood where they will end up, the city renovation can start at any moment. The neighborhood waits tensely. The living conditions in the metropolis leave little of the hopes that the family harbored.
