Wundkanal plot

The lead actor Dr. S. is played by Alfred Filbert, a former SS officer who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1962, but was released several years because of an alleged blindness. Based primarily on monologues and aggressive interrogations with Dr. S., he is blamed for the faked deaths of Baader and Meinhof in Stammheim prison in 1977 - an event that has been compared to the staged suicide of a number of French prisoners in World War II.
