Woyzeck plot
The young penniless Franz Woyzeck lives with his girlfriend Marie and their illegitimate child in a small apartment. Some time ago he lost his apartment to Mr Hauptmann and now he is doing everything he can to earn it back. In desperation, he participates in a medical study, where he has to take indefinable pills that cause him delusions and temporary impotence. But due to the pressure to earn a lot of money quickly, he neglects Marie, who feels more and more attracted to a Berlin drum major.
