We're Here to Help plot

In 1994, a New Zealand tax officer made inappropriate comments to the girlfriend of businessman Dave Henderson. Henderson then seeks redress from the employee. He tells the tax man what awaits him if he does this again. This begins a Kafkaesque battle between Henderson and the tax authorities.
