War Nurse plot
"The World War as Seen Through the Eyes of our Girls Who Lived, Loved and Suffered on the Western Front!"
At the start of World War I, a number of American women from all walks of life travel to France to become nurses. Among them are Chief Nurse Babs, whom French Army American pilot Wally O'Brien has a crush on, spoiled Joy, a convent-trained daughter of a wealthy American who struggles to adapt to her family. new environment, and Kansas, an inquisitive and naive rural teacher who is constantly amazed by the horrors of the war and the activities of her colleagues in the emergency hospital.
