"Some things aren't meant to be forgotten..."

'War Flowers' tells the story of Sarabeth (Christina Ricci), a young woman from North Carolina whose husband leaves her and their daughter to fight for the South in the American Civil War. The war creates hardship and destruction for Sarabeth and her daughter, and they must cope with the hope and conviction that the man they love will return. Meanwhile, they must decide the fate of a Yankee soldier (Jason Gedrick) they face.
