Voiz plot

Iskander, a mild-mannered Uzbek man, is convinced by a Russian friend to improvise a spontaneous speech, in which he has to promote the Communist Revolution. Impressed by his eloquent speech, the Soviets make him their spokesman, which quickly proves a difficult position in the turbulent times the country finds itself in.
