Victoria Day plot

"Life Changes In A Flash."

1988, Toronto. The school year is almost over, and in Boston the Edmonton Oilers are playing in the Stanley Cup final. But best of all; Bob Dylan is coming to Toronto. 16-year-old Ben Spektor decides to go to the concert with his two best friends Sammy and Noah. Outside the concert, Ben sees two teenagers buying drugs. This drug deal will change the summer, and probably the rest of Ben's life.
