Viaggio Clandestino - Vite di Santi e di Peccatori plot

The soul mate of San Gil is Ciccio Bavaria who, unlike the first, persists in the search for sin. For Bavaria, sin has a liberating and dynamic effect. The film tells the story of the journey these two main characters take; a journey that leads to the downfall of San Gil, as Bavaria reincarnates into Buddha. There is, however, another traveller, a clandestine traveller: Christ, constantly on the run from the angels. This Christ does not help mankind with miracles, but by making his living as best he can by giving weather forecasts.
