Verurteilt: Anna Leschek plot

Just before Christmas, somewhere in Germany, in a big city, a savings bank is robbed by two masked perpetrators, who are already caught on the next street corner. It turns out to be a forty-year-old mother and her thirteen-year-old daughter. Anna (Ulrike Kriener) is assigned a lawyer. It's Rainer Buchka (Ulrich Pleitgen), a drug-addicted criminal lawyer with no clients. The underage Ines (Sandy Schmitz) does not have to answer, but in Anna's case Master Buchka sees his only and last chance. He quickly gains Anna's trust. The spark between the two wants to jump, but during the background check of his client Buchka encounters a lot of misery.
