Verliebt und Vorbestraft plot
The young architect Hannelore becomes part of the Fröhlich men's brigade whose members should build houses on Strausberger Platz in Berlin. The brigade men drink a lot of beer and are not impressed by the new girl. Hanne is the only one who is overjoyed with Hannelore. When he starts a drunken fight on the First of May, he is arrested and charged with armed robbery. Hannelore immediately convinces the other men of the brigade to help Hanne.
