Veðramót plot
A young girl says goodbye to her bourgeois life and her piano lessons to start a completely different life. She will work at an institution for young offenders in a quiet part of Northern Ireland. It is the 1970s and the people who run the institute are deeply influenced by flower power, sitar music and try to solve problems by having honest conversations with the delinquents. However, the hippies, who hate authority themselves, find themselves in trouble when their own authority is attacked by the rebellious youth; especially after the arrival of a mysterious young girl. Then a violent incident takes place, which has a devastating effect on relations within the institution.
