Valley of Saints plot

Young skipper Gulzar tries to flee the violence in Kashmir, but is caught because of a curfew. So he has to go back to the lake. While plotting a new departure with his friend Afzal, Gulzar meets a young female scientist who is researching the massive pollution of the lake. They find each other in their aversion to violence and the degradation of the environment, and their friendship develops into a relationship.
