Valley of Love plot
Kathleen, a fashion designer in New York, inherits a ranch and must stay there for two weeks to officially receive it. She meets Oliver, a doctor who helps emotionally challenged children, and clashes with Randall, who wants to buy the ranch and transform it into a luxury resort. While she struggles between preserving the peace and quiet and creating an urban resort, she finds herself drawn to Oliver. Back in New York, she realizes her heart belongs to the ranch. Can she ever return to Oliver and the peace and quiet?
