Vaada Raha... I Promise plot

After receiving an important gift for finding a cure for cancer, Dr. Dyanesh Kripal Chawl proposes to his girlfriend Pooja and they decide to get married soon. While driving back home at night, he is involved in an accident and wakes up in the hospital only to find that he is paralyzed from the neck down and that he will not recover. However, the pain is even greater when Pooja lets him know that she doesn't want anything to do with him anymore. His world collapses and he decides to stop taking medicine and wait until he dies.
