Mercedes (Myriam Mézières) is an actress who is at loggerheads with her love life. An Arab boyfriend knows how to make love, but his pushiness becomes threatening. In the metro she meets a nice journalist, who, however, does not understand anything about her side job as a striptease dancer. When her new boyfriend goes on a business trip, she collapses.
