Un Père Coupable plot

Florence Lavier, 40, is the headmistress of a school in a southern French town. She has two children with her husband Pierre. She hides from them that she is in love with the divorced carpenter Claude Fortuny. One day, Claude's daughter Miléna is found murdered and suspicion quickly falls on Claude himself. During the investigation, painful elements from Claude's life surface. When a testimony from her proves Claude's innocence, Florence is faced with a heartbreaking choice. With this testimony, Florence threatens to destroy her family.
