Un Hecho Violento plot

Clint Hall and his wife Kathy see their honeymoon bliss interrupted when Kathy suddenly becomes seriously ill. Clint looks for a doctor and gets a prescription for drugs. But on the way home he is attacked and robbed. He cannot buy medicines without money and at his wits' end he decides to intimidate the pharmacist. He promises to pay him as soon as possible afterwards. However, he is captured by the police without being given a chance to defend himself.
