Time without Pity plot
"It all started with a young girl’s scream …"
Alec Graham has been sentenced to death for the murder of his girlfriend Agnes, with whom he spent a weekend at the home of Robert Stanford, his friend Brian's father. Alec's father, David, flies over from Canada and tries to mend his troubled relationship with Alec, but Alec declines. Convinced of Alec's innocence, David tries to find the real culprit twenty-four hours before sentencing. He confronts the wealthy Robert Stanford, tyrant both at home and in the office, his young but confused wife, their nervous son Brian and Vicky Harker a young dumb secretary who has been making a fast career lately...
