This Closeness plot
Tessa and her boyfriend Ben go to Philadelphia for the weekend to attend Ben's high school reunion. They end up in a stranger's apartment. It soon becomes clear that their host Adam is lonely and that he becomes a reluctant witness to their relationship troubles. When Tessa betrays his trust, Adam takes a moment to clear up who's in charge.

On the one hand, it's okay how you get a glimpse of a couple experiencing their own relationship in a short period, but it's also a film that overly emphasizes conflict (surely there are couples like that, but break up immediately). It's cleverly shot within an apartment building, and everything is cheaply made, but it doesn't look that way, and the interpersonal interactions are often relatable and beautifully natural. And there are also scenes that don't always work, 3.0*.
