The Wife of General Ling plot

John Fenton, a British intelligence officer in China, is tasked with determining how smugglers go undetected as they deliver weapons to the ruthless warlord General Ling. It has already been revealed that General Ling is actually Mr. Wong is a wealthy merchant from Hong Kong. Under the guise of sending food parcels for the poor, he smuggles his weapons and ammunition using the same trucks. However, Wong is not to be trifled with and he goes to great lengths for his own entertainment.
