The War Correspondent plot

"A South American War Drama"

Jack Fisher gets a job as a reporter at a city newspaper and becomes enemies with Martin, the star reporter, because of the friendship he develops with Myrtle, a young woman in the office. Martin secretly alters the copy Jack has prepared for a major story, putting the young man in such a position that he gets fired.
