The Pursuit of Love plot

'The Pursuit of Love' follows the issues of growing up and falling in love of an upper-class English family between the First and Second World Wars. Linda, the most beautiful and quirky daughter in the family, falls successively for a Tory politician, an ardent communist and finally for a French duke. Linda and her cousin Fanny's friendship is tested when Fanny settles for a stable life and Linda decides to follow her heart, dealing with increasingly extreme people.
