The Morning After plot

PR man Charlie Lester (Dick van Dyke) is an alcoholic in denial. His ever-increasing alcohol consumption causes him problems with his family and at work. Both his wife and his boss (Don Porter) confront him about his drinking, but this doesn't seem to help. If Charlie doesn't act soon, he'll lose both his job and his family, and he'll even be in mortal danger.
