The Moon Is a Father of Mine plot

Twelve-year-old Toma is expelled from school after being relentlessly bullied by his classmates. His estranged father, Nemo, who disappeared when the boy was only two, invites him to their ancestral village. The villagers are not pleased with Nemo's return. But he fears no one and is determined to pass on the ancient tradition of deer hunting to his son. During this fateful weekend, Toma learns survival skills, independence, and uncovers the dark secrets of his father's past.
