Jack Norton is a diamond smuggler operating in South America. He plans to use force to participate in a blackmail. Norton can get hold of several compromising photos of Margaret Townsend. Margaret is the wife of American Consul Charles Townsend. Norton, however, did not anticipate that he would fall in love with Margaret.
