The Holy Land plot

Mendy is a young rabbinical student who is full of curiosity about the world that exists outside the confines of Orthodox Judaism. Recognizing his distractions makes his teacher suggest that he visit a prostitute to get the thoughts out of his system. But one fateful night he meets Sacha, a fascinating Russian emigrant, who works in a brothel in Tel Aviv. However, his hunger for a life outside his world only grows.
