The Great Indian Butterfly plot

"Is happiness a rare insect? Is it for real? Uncover the intrigue.."

Krish and Meera form a young Indian couple who seek to climb the social ladder through the 'rat race' in a country hurtling forward at a speed unseen in its long history. Stressed, frustrated and unable to make the heavy sacrifice necessary for success, they set out in search of the magical insect: the Great Indian Butterfly. He was last seen by Portuguese explorer Carodiguez, somewhere in a remote valley of former colonial Goa. The butterfly has a magical appearance and grants great luck to the person who catches it. In the journey the couple makes from the smog-polluted concrete metropolis of Mumbai, through the coastal landscapes of western Sahyadris, to the sun-drenched lands of Goa, the couple loses much more than what they set out to discover.
