The Gift of Love plot
Julie Beck is happily married to scientist Bill. Yet she does not tell him that she is dying. After all, he would no longer be able to enjoy the beautiful moments that were left for them. Julie also knows that Bill will be lost after her death. Not wanting to leave him alone, she adopts the orphaned girl Hitty. Remake of Sentimental Journey from 1946.
