The End of the River plot

The young Indian Mancel of the Akuna tribe lives in the forests of Brazil. Mancel is betrayed by an untrustworthy chieftain, then branded an outlaw and banished from his village. Mancel is now forced to beg to survive in the white man's world and has to deal with corrupt politicians. A counselor tries to convince Mancel that not all white men are demons. He helps Mancel come to terms with his own inner turmoil.
