I can roughly agree with alexspyforever's review: low budget, sexploitation, but still tame. What particularly struck me, especially at the beginning, was the long intro with only the soundtrack as sound.
Otherwise, it is a simple story about two young men, one of whom is willing to cross the line of sadism for the thrill, while his friend lets himself be dragged along until his limit is reached.
The ending is quite abrupt.
The acting is adequate, not top-notch, but that isn't really necessary.
