"Makes Kotter and His Sweathogs Look Like a Kindergarten"
Miss MacMichael is a dedicated teacher. She must be, because her students are delinquents who are just steps away from the prison. She has a boyfriend, Martin, who would like to take her out of the chaos and heartache of the classroom by marrying her, but she refuses to leave the school. Her efforts to connect the students with her and with each other are hindered by the headmaster, who puts on a friendly face to the outside world, but inwardly believes that only a totalitarian, strict technique is good enough for these unruly students.
