"Can A Beast Be Tamed?"
Los Angeles resident Max Bright has had enough of independent, headstrong women. He just wants a woman who doesn't know the word "no". Despite wanting nothing to do with Eastern cultures, Max decides that he wants to marry a so-called 'mail order bride' from China. Later, after Mai Ling arrives in Los Angeles, she discovers that her new-fangled American husband is a brute and an inhuman with a deep dislike for the opposite sex. They engage in a deep and terrible battle with each other.
