The Christmas Blessing plot

Doctor Nathan Andrews struggles after losing a teenage boy on the operating table. He leaves for his native village for the holidays, but is reminded of the death of his mother on Christmas Eve, now 18 years ago. His father doesn't make it any easier by pretending she never existed. Nathan decides to stay longer and takes a position as a coach at the local primary school.
