The Alice plot

In the Australian desert lies the cozy town of Alice Springs, which seems to be the perfect place to admire the total solar eclipse. Self-righteous sports fanatic Connor Gregory has dreamed of walking up the world-famous Ayers Rock during the eclipse. Young nurse Jess wants to film the eclipse for her mother, who lost her way north and had to interrupt her journey to Alice Springs. Charming ex-rock star Jack Jaffers has reached a turning point in his life and wants to make a fresh start in the small town. And young doctor Matt gets stranded in Alice during his search for medicinal plants.
