Tepito Si plot

Dramatized story about the people of Tepito, a popular neighborhood in the heart of Mexico City, who fight for their existence and manage to survive despite corruption and political manipulation. In 1972 the municipality wants to renovate the district and the inhabitants succeed in getting a say in the plans. Despite poverty and illiteracy, they make a special counterproposal. That plan won first prize in the Warsaw Architecture Biennale.
