Tenant of the House plot

Selfless Congressman Samuel wants to use his position to resolve the old conflict between the Fulani herdsmen and Hausa farmers. He single-handedly sponsors a bill that will end the vendetta. However, he faces several problems, including corrupt congressmen who don't care about the conflict.
