Tattered Angel plot

Vince witnesses the kidnapping of 10-year-old Ellen Anderson. When his past comes back to life and collides with the present, his relationship with Julie, the kidnapped girl's teacher, spirals out of control. Ben, a local cop and also Julie's ex-boyfriend, thinks he can link Vince to the crime.
