Tabu - Es Ist die Seele ein Fremdes auf Erden plot

He is said to have become world famous with his poems: The young Georg Trakl (Lars Eidinger) goes to Vienna in 1908 to study pharmacy. His sister Grete (Peri Builders) follows him without hesitation and wants to be one of the first women to enroll at the local music academy. Secretly, however, the two have a relationship, while they both know that this is forbidden. Moral pressure and drug use are slowly destroying the once creative mind of the famous poet.
