April (who prefers to be called AJ) [Nell Barlow] has to accompany her boring family to a holiday park. April's behavior drives her mother Tina [Jo Hartley] to despair. Through Elvis [Spike Fearn], she connects with a group of friends and that leads to an awkward moment with Isla [Ella-Rae Smith] that makes April more clear about her feelings. But are they honestly answered? Well-cast coming-of-age story with a believable Barlow, believable characters and situations and a cleverly chosen setting.
